Vintage Wooden Armchair with Carved Detailing Reupholstered Green Leaf Pattern
This Charming occasional or fireside armchair has been fully reupholstered, with new foam, FR dark green leaf patterned fabric and antique brass finish upholstery pins. The frame is unrestored, apart from a good clean and a couple of coats of wax, retaining all the wear and patina one would expect from a chair of this age. All joints have been checked for wobble and repaired where needed. The arms and front cross brace have a lovely, subtle carved detail and gentle, sweeping curves. The front legs have a great, turned profile (see pics for details).
